Castro Leak Detection was great. They replaced our gas pipe from the meter to the house. The owner, Brian was very helpful getting the service set up to see what we needed. Robert, who came out to do the estimate, was very informative. Julio & Johnathan, who did the actual repair work, were fantastic! They kept us informed each step of the way. When the final pressure check still showed a small leak, they were very diligent in finding it, checking every possible gas connection in the house. Turned out to be a minor leak at a valve that we were not even aware that we had up in the attic, apart from the A/C unit. Got it fixed right away since they had a replacement valve with them. Philippe, hope I got the name correct, assisted with the pymt, since I had to split the pymt, plus, I think it was him who doubled checked to be sure the total included the senior discount, which it did, and was much appreciated that they offered it. They were referred to us by a friend of my brother’s, saying they use them all the time. We will gladly use them for any plumbing or gas line work we need in the future & refer them to anyone who asks us. Just great, honest service all the way around!

Honest men who I can rely on and trust to fix it right and at a fair price. Every set of plumbers I’ve had over the years has been outstanding to work with, prompt and did good work.

Casto Leak Detection has been our ‘1st go-to’ many times over the last few years for plumbing issues. They are typically very responsive and get the job done for a (not- outlandish) price. Plus, they are just nice people to work with. {AND, they won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need or want!} Put their number in your phone NOW, so you don’t have to search for a plumber, when the need arises!

I am truly satisfied and grateful for the fast, friendly and professional service Julio and Johnathan provided in replacing my hot water heater! They took the time to explain details and didn't mind answering questions and concerns I had. I will recommend Casto Leak Detection to my family and friends.

After multiple other plumbing companies came to the house and couldn't locate a leak in my hot water lines, I found Casto, who sent Gage. Gage was super thorough and not only located the leak (that was tucked away in a back corner), but did a phenomenal job repairing the leak. He not only did a great job on the work, but let me ask questions along the way and without being asked offered pictures of the leak (before) and the repair (after). I can't recommend Casto enough and BIG thanks to Gage for restoring my pipes and peace of mind!

Years ago I had contacted Castro about a pool leak but they weren't handling these types of leaks. I saved thier number and had a plumbing issue this week, so I scheduled a service call with them (AND GLAD I SAVED THIER NUMBER)! Brian called me back right away and took time to listen to my issue, give his input and offer to have their team come out the next day. Julio came out for the service call, he was awesome in all aspects (friendly, explained all he was checking, as well as.diagnosing and resolving the issue). We even talked in detail about the freeze of last week and he explained proper procedure to insure no frozen pipes–just an all around great guy giving great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, cost competitive plumbing company that far exceeds any of the "big" plumbing companies. I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

Technician Julio communicated well, arrived on time and did a great job running tests for leak detection. The cost to perform the test was conveyed ahead of time, so no surprises. Definitely recommend.

I have used Casto for the last year multiple times at my home. Last week I needed a toilet installation. Julio called aged and let me know he would be here on time. He showed up , performed his job quickly and left my home perfectly clean. I would recommend Casto for all plumbing jobs big or small. They are my go to plumbing contractor moving forward.

I've used Casto for a few jobs at my aging home. Both big and little jobs. Julio and Jonathan came out to fix the plumbing today. I have to say these guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explain everything in terms I can understand and I believe the rates are reasonable and comparable to others. Casto, and especially these two guys, are tops in my book. This is my first review of Casto Leak Detection on Google, but I have recommended them on Nextdoor as well as to two friends who chose to use them. My friends experiences were similar, however I don't know which of the Casto team did the work for them. Highly recommend.

We needed to do a static leak test following foundation repair. We called Casto because they were recommended by folks on Next Door. Julio came out and performed leak tests on both the sewer and water lines. He was very friendly and professional and finished up in no time. We're very pleased with his work and highly recommend Casto Leak Detection.

I’ve used Brian Casto and his crew for years. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. A special shoutout to Julio who brought a new Toto toilet for my master bath, but also made an adjustment to the toilet in my hall bathroom while he was here. He worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect before he left. I can’t recommend this company enough. Be sure to ask for Julio!

I've been a homeowner for many years but only now feel like I have a go-to for plumbing and repairs. I first used Casto based upon their superior reviews rating and truly believe these are legit. Two years back we had what appeared to be as stooped up lack of water flow. Dylan immediately located the cleanout line, (which may not sound impressive, but had stumped at least two plumbers prior) and quickly diagnosed the problem. The next morning he returned and repaired a toilet based leak from the exterior. This avoided costly digging. And then just two weeks ago, we noticed pooled water just outside the house on our driveway. Unfortunately this was a pipe leak under our slab. But Robert quickly diagnosed and had a team out the next morning to dig, locate and repair. It's not a perfect science, but his hunch on where the leak was turned out to be accurate. Two other plumbers came out off-hours to help make a quick repair; thus ensuring we had water on with no significant delay. Each time they've come out, they've been prompt and given a detailed diagnosis along with advice. I have no doubt these guys know what they're doing and have every reason to believe they've been upfront and fair. You might find cheaper alternatives (not that I think they're expensive). But I prefer smart folks, showing up on time, answering calls, satisfying my questions, and making the extra effort to get us back up and running.

Julio did a great job fixing our plumbing problem. My husband called yesterday on a Sunday. The next day, Monday morning they came by and fixed it quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We recommend Casto Leak Detection. Great work. We have also used them in our previous home and for other plumbing jobs.

Casto was great, and Gage & Julio were so helpful with our slab leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue (repair from prior company failed) and got it taken care of very quickly. Brian (owner) was very communicative throughout. Price was very reasonable and they stuck to their estimate. I will definitely use them again.

I can’t say enough great things about Julio and the amazing job he did for my mother at her home in DeSoto, Texas! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and answered every single one of my mother’s questions — no matter how small. That level of care and attention made all the difference. It’s rare these days to find someone who not only does great work but also genuinely cares about the customer experience. Julio made my mom feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend Casto Leak Detection and Plumbing Services, especially if Julio is on the job. We’ll definitely be calling on them again for any future plumbing needs for both my mom and myself. Thank you, Julio!

Casto plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use going forward. From the honest conversations with the owner Brian, who answers the phone, to the professionalism and great work Julio did. I was leaving town on Monday, so I needed to get my leak fixed before I left, Julio volunteered to come out on Sunday morning. The price was very reasonable and the work was done right.

Wow, Julio and Juan were great! The owner Brian was able to get them to my house on short notice, and their fast work fixed the problem. Their prices are reasonable as well. I was referred to Casto by another contractor I use who said this plumber is very good and honest. And I agree! Thank you Brian and team!

Jonathan and Jose at Casto Leak Detection were great. I had a leaking P-trap and valve and they fixed both leaks. Easy going, no pushy sales tactics and great work for an affordable price. Probably a more simple project for what they usually handle but I'm a happy customer. Thanks guys!
