I noticed a wet spot on my wall and floor. Called Casto. Julio arrived in less than an hour. Found the leak quickly and repaired it. Very prompt and professional. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use Casto again.

After multiple other plumbing companies came to the house and couldn't locate a leak in my hot water lines, I found Casto, who sent Gage. Gage was super thorough and not only located the leak (that was tucked away in a back corner), but did a phenomenal job repairing the leak. He not only did a great job on the work, but let me ask questions along the way and without being asked offered pictures of the leak (before) and the repair (after). I can't recommend Casto enough and BIG thanks to Gage for restoring my pipes and peace of mind!

Years ago I had contacted Castro about a pool leak but they weren't handling these types of leaks. I saved thier number and had a plumbing issue this week, so I scheduled a service call with them (AND GLAD I SAVED THIER NUMBER)! Brian called me back right away and took time to listen to my issue, give his input and offer to have their team come out the next day. Julio came out for the service call, he was awesome in all aspects (friendly, explained all he was checking, as well as.diagnosing and resolving the issue). We even talked in detail about the freeze of last week and he explained proper procedure to insure no frozen pipes–just an all around great guy giving great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, cost competitive plumbing company that far exceeds any of the "big" plumbing companies. I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

I have used Casto for the last year multiple times at my home. Last week I needed a toilet installation. Julio called aged and let me know he would be here on time. He showed up , performed his job quickly and left my home perfectly clean. I would recommend Casto for all plumbing jobs big or small. They are my go to plumbing contractor moving forward.

I've used Casto for a few jobs at my aging home. Both big and little jobs. Julio and Jonathan came out to fix the plumbing today. I have to say these guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explain everything in terms I can understand and I believe the rates are reasonable and comparable to others. Casto, and especially these two guys, are tops in my book. This is my first review of Casto Leak Detection on Google, but I have recommended them on Nextdoor as well as to two friends who chose to use them. My friends experiences were similar, however I don't know which of the Casto team did the work for them. Highly recommend.

We needed to do a static leak test following foundation repair. We called Casto because they were recommended by folks on Next Door. Julio came out and performed leak tests on both the sewer and water lines. He was very friendly and professional and finished up in no time. I’ve used Brian Casto and his crew for years. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. A special shoutout to Julio who brought a new Toto toilet for my master bath, but also made an adjustment to the toilet in my hall bathroom while he was here. He worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect before he left. I can’t recommend this company enough. Be sure to ask for Julio!

Julio did a great job fixing our plumbing problem. My husband called yesterday on a Sunday. The next day, Monday morning they came by and fixed it quickly. Casto was great, and Gage & Julio were so helpful with our slab leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue (repair from prior company failed) and got it taken care of very quickly. Casto plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use going forward. From the honest conversations with the owner Brian, who answers the phone, to the professionalism and great work Julio did. I was leaving town on Monday, so I needed to get my leak fixed before I left, Julio volunteered to come out on Sunday morning. The price was very reasonable and the work was done right.

Jonathan and Jose at Casto Leak Detection were great. I had a leaking P-trap and valve and they fixed both leaks. Easy going, no pushy sales tactics and great work for an affordable price. Probably a more simple project for what they usually handle but I'm a happy customer. Thanks guys!
